Display Acronym Definitions. Bold green text
means that the acronyms definition is available. Use the mouse to rollover
it to display the definition.
Display Additional Information. Blue, underlined
text means that more information is available either in a popup box or by linking
to an external Web site. Click on the blue, underlined text to display the additional
information.
Jump to a Specific Topic. Select a topic from
the Main Menu on the left side of the screen.
Lesson Selection. Click on Course Home located
above the Main Menu, to return to the Course Home Menu and select another lesson.
Page Linearly. Use the forward and back arrows
(located in the upper right portion of the screen) to page linearly through the
presentation.
Reference Material. Lesson Info, Glossary, and
Help are always available by clicking on the buttons in the upper right of the
screen.
Process Steps. The Food Management Process steps
are located above the forward and back arrows in the content area.
