This form consists of a table. The title of the form, Weekly Food Production Pattern of Management, is located in the first horizontal cell spanning the entire width of the table. The column headers are the days of the week : Monday through Sunday. The row headers are the time of day, beginning at 7:00 hours and ending at 20:00 hours, or 8 P.M. The time of day is listed in one half hour increments. The remainder of the table consists of empty cells. A legend appears at the bottom of the form indicating the following:

• One asterisk signifies that the task is done by the Production Manager.
  
• Two asterisks signify that the task is done by the General Manager.
  
• Three asterisks signify that the task is done by the Production Supervisor.
  
• Four asterisks signify that the task is done by the ordering, receiving, or administrative clerk.

These asterisk symbols will be used to mark the tasks that are to be inserted in the table's empty cells.
