Pre=Preparation and Pull Sheeet Actual Day and Date.  Enter the day of the week and today’s date. Meal period items for the Prep and Pull Sheet items. Name of Recipe for which the item is being Prepared and Pulled. Check mark if the item has been Received.  If not, note. Prep and Pull Item refers to the name of the specific meal period item in need of Enter the Size (unit of measure) for the item. Enter the Quantity (number) of the item needing preparation or pulling. Enter a check mark in the OK column when task is completed. Pull Item refers to item being pulled from freezer.  Allow 2 days for thawing under refrigeration.
