Printing Instructions
Broiler

Recommended Products:
Preferred Cleaner:
Greasecutter Plus

Frequency:
After daily use

Procedure -- Exterior:

  1. Spray the outside of the broiler with Greasecutter Plus.
  2. Remove loosened soil with a damp cloth.
  3. Rinse with a clean cloth.
  4. When the unit is cool enough to handle, remove drip pans, racks, etc.
  5. Place in pot sink for soaking, scrubbing and rinsing (Use Oasis 133 All Purpose Cleaner).

Frequency:
Weekly or as needed

Procedure -- Interior:

  1. Allow the unit to cool.
  2. Wipe interior surfaces with a damp cloth. Never use water to clean the inside of the broiling
    component.
  3. Use a long handled brush, scraper, or pad to loosen stubborn food particles.

Important: Clean areas underneath and behind equipment weekly to avoid insect infestations
and bad odors.

Frequency:
As needed

Procedure (grid):

  1. Carefully remove grid assembly.
  2. Clean with Greasecutter Plus and a soft wire brush.
  3. Reassemble when dry.

Safety Tips:

  1. Wear rubber gloves, long-sleeved garment and splash-proof chemical goggles.
  2. Observe precautions with electrical units.
  3. Avoid flooding and short-circuiting any electrical components.
