Procedure:

1. Turn off chopper and wait until blades have stopped. Unplug chopper before cleaning.
2. Wash, rinse and sanitize all the removable parts in pot sink. Allow to air dry.
3. Wash the exterior of the chopper with Oasis 133 solution, using a spray bottle and clean cloth.
4. Rinse with a clean cloth.
5. Allow to air dry, then reassemble all parts.
6. Close cover and put on the safety lock.

Safety Tips:

1. Use cut resistant glove when handling the blade.
2. Do not place blade in the sink.
