Procedure:

1. Remove can opener. Wash, rinse and sanitize in pot sink.
2. Allow to air dry.
3. Clean the base of the can opener with Oasis 133 solution using a spray bottle and clean cloth.
4. Reassemble can opener.

2. Wash, rinse and sanitize in pot sink. Use pot brush, as needed.
3. Lubricate can opener as recommended by manufacturer.
