Procedure:
- Wash,
rinse and sanitize cutting board in pot sink or dishmachine.
- Store
vertically on rack for proper draining and quick drying.
- For
cutting boards which require cleaning in place, scrub with
hot manual warewashing detergent solution, Solitaire,
Pantastic or Oasis 133 All Purpose Cleaner, using a
stiff bristled brush. Dip the brush frequently in the detergent
solution to obtain adequate wetting. Rinse well and sanitize
with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR
25 ppm Mikroklene.
- Allow
to air dry.
Destaining Procedure

Procedure:
- Fill
a large sink with the hottest water, per the water source.
- Add
Dip-It XP at the recommended concentration of 1
½ teaspoons per gallon of water in the sink.
- Allow
the cutting board to soak in the Dip-It XP solution
overnight.
- Rinse
thoroughly with clean water.
- Sanitize
with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR
25 ppm Mikroklene.
- Allow
to air dry before use.
