Recommended Products:

Frequency:
After each use
Between using different categories of raw foods of animal origin (red board)
After 4 hours of continuous use

Procedure:

  1. Wash, rinse and sanitize cutting board in pot sink or dishmachine.
  2. Store vertically on rack for proper draining and quick drying.
  3. For cutting boards which require cleaning in place, scrub with hot manual warewashing detergent solution, Solitaire, Pantastic or Oasis 133 All Purpose Cleaner, using a stiff bristled brush. Dip the brush frequently in the detergent solution to obtain adequate wetting. Rinse well and sanitize with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR 25 ppm Mikroklene.
  4. Allow to air dry.


Destaining Procedure

Frequency:
As necessary for destaining

Procedure:

  1. Fill a large sink with the hottest water, per the water source.
  2. Add Dip-It XP at the recommended concentration of 1 ½ teaspoons per gallon of water in the sink.
  3. Allow the cutting board to soak in the Dip-It XP solution overnight.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Sanitize with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR 25 ppm Mikroklene.
  6. Allow to air dry before use.

Safety Tips:
Use required personal protection equipment (PPE) per MSDS.
