After each use period

Procedure:

  1. Remove heavy build-up of burned-on food with a scraper or spatula.
  2. Allow griddle to cool to 120°F (49°C).
  3. Place a griddle screen on griddle and place a griddle pad on top of the screen. Proceed to clean the griddle.
  4. Remove the griddle screen and wipe with a damp cloth.
  5. Wipe griddle clean with a slightly damp cloth.
  6. Empty and wash the scraping pan and replace it.
  7. As griddle starts to reheat, apply a thin coat of food grade oil.
  8. Clean all accessible exterior surfaces with a full strength solution of Greasecutter Plus using a spray bottle and clean cloth.
  9. Rinse with clean cloth.

Note: For heavy duty cleaning (not during production), spray grill with full strength solution of Greasecutter Plus. Allow it to penetrate the soil. Scrape off the loosened soil and wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth.

Safety Tips:
1. Wear rubber gloves, long-sleeved garments and splash-proof chemical goggles when using this
product.
