Frequency:
After each use

Procedure:

  1. Remove all food from serving station and store as directed.
  2. Wash, rinse and sanitize the hotel pans in pot sink.
  3. Unplug equipment or turn to “off” position.
  4. Drain water and ice from serving station.
  5. Wipe surface to remove any food soil.
  6. Using a spray bottle, apply Oasis 133 All Purpose Cleaner solution to outside and inside surfaces. Wipe with a clean cloth. Pay close attention to remove all food spills in corner areas where food may become lodged.
  7. Rinse all surfaces with a clean cloth.
  8. Allow to air dry.

Safety Tips:

  1. Unplug equipment before cleaning.
