Procedure:
- Remove
all food from serving station and store as directed.
- Wash,
rinse and sanitize the hotel pans in pot sink.
- Unplug
equipment or turn to “off” position.
- Drain
water and ice from serving station.
- Wipe
surface to remove any food soil.
- Using
a spray bottle, apply Oasis 133 All Purpose Cleaner
solution to outside and inside surfaces. Wipe with
a clean cloth. Pay close attention to remove all food spills
in corner areas where food may become lodged.
- Rinse
all surfaces with a clean cloth.
- Allow
to air dry.
