After each use

Procedure:

1. Remove all food residue.
2. Fill skillet to approximately 2 to 3 inches with solution of Solitaire.
3. Use a scrub brush to wash all surfaces inside and out.
4. Rinse all washed surfaces.
5. Sanitize all interior surfaces with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR 25 ppm Mikroklene using a spray bottle.
6. Tilt the skillet to drain and allow to air dry.
