Procedure:

  1. Flush unit with cold water while peeler is running.

Procedure:

  1. Remove the lid, abrasive discs, perforated strainer and stopper. Flush with cold water. Clean the peel traps.
  2. Wash, rinse and sanitize all removed parts in pot sink.
  3. Wash inside and outside surfaces of the stationary unit with solution of Solitaire using a
    long handled brush.
  4. Rinse all parts with clean water.
  5. Sanitize all parts with solution of 150-400 ppm Oasis 146 OR 25 ppm Mikroklene.
  6. Allow to air dry.

Safety Tips:

  1. Disconnect electrical power from unit to avoid accidents.
